Autism Awareness Video

After watching The Pink Glove Dance, 5th graders at Blue Hill Consolidated School were inspired to make a similar video in support of a cause they were learning about in April -- Autism Awareness. They made this video with help from their teacher, Mrs. Nightingale, and with the support of all the students and staff at BHCS.

Student Art Show @ the Public Library

During the month of April, creative energy abounds within the walls of the Public Library. The annual student show features artwork of young artists from BHCS, as well as surrounding elementary and high schools. Masterpieces of various media are on display throughout the library! On Friday, April 16th from 4:30-6 PM, there will be a reception celebrating the artists and their teachers. Refreshments will be served. Stop by to support and encourage these talented artists! This event is supported by the Friends of the Library.

Veggie Creatures

Our students not only tried new fruits and veggies on Tuesday but made some very creative creatures and people with an amazing array of produce they brought with them to school. A big thank you to parents and staff for promoting healthy eating and to the Be Well team for planning this project!
