Principal’s Message

As you drive or walk onto the Blue Hill Consolidated School (BHCS) campus, you will see a large, long, building with windows and a pitched roof. From the outside, our structure looks uniformed and classic with a ball field and walking trails. From the inside, you will see a dynamic, inspiring, and unique school, rich in history. BHCS is the largest of the 5 schools in Union 93 being a Pre-Kindergarten through grade 8 school with approximately 250 students.

BHCS has a robust unified arts program including physical education, art, band, library, and general music. We have a technology integration teacher and a “Fab Lab” which students access regularly. Students have the opportunity to enjoy hands-on, experiential learning in and out of the classroom. We also have sports and extracurricular activities which students can choose to participate in.

As the principal of Blue Hill Consolidated School I am tasked with making sure our students receive an appropriate, well rounded education. My belief is that in today's world, we must provide an engaging and rigorous curriculum that challenges students to be critical thinkers.  This will provide our students with the skills necessary to be successful on the next stage of their educational journey.
